How long does it take for a Trademark to be registered?

Based on our experience, it will take at least 9 months from filing to registration, with the average application takes about 1 year.

Does LSP PARTNERSHIP provides services to take action against IP infringement?

Yes, with the increasing number of IP infringements cases especially due to the rise of e-commerce, we have received numerous requests to take corrective actions. The actions include sending Cease & Desist letters, notifying the e-commerce platform provider and relevant authorities.
